We had been struggling when disconnecting our Mazda Bongo hook up cable on holiday. Having contacted other firms who offered no help at all we contacted Reliance who booked us in to replace our mains inlet. On the actual day an engineer offered to look at the problem before starting work and found our cable connector was more likely to be the issue. He was able to change the connector and offered advice about our electrical supply.  We were only charged a nominal fee for labour and the parts cost. Invaluable advice was all included! Great to find a company still interested in small jobs. We'll definitely tell our campervan friends about Reliance. Thank you.

Amazing customer service from Reliance, Darren and the team are extremely knowledgeable. They managed to fit us in at short notice to fix a leaking skylight and save our family holiday. Couldn't recommend then any more highly and wouldn't take our motorhome anywhere else!

 

 

 

I can't tell you how wonderful these people are. Service and the customer come first with Darren and the team always prepared to go the extra mile to help.  We've been using their services regularly over the last ten years and that involves a return journey of over 300 miles, but it's worth it!  The sooner you join the Reliance club, the sooner you'll have a reliable, trustworthy partner to look after you and your motorhome or caravan.  They do all the obvious stuff like habitation service and repairs but they've also got mechanics on site for all the engine related stuff, they'll also organise your MOT for you and they've got a couple of courtesy cars available if needed.
